Overview

These terms govern your use of ScreenSense, a desktop application and related services. By using ScreenSense, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

ScreenSense captures screenshots of your active window, analyzes them using AI, and suggests contextual actions. Results are copied to your clipboard. The service requires an internet connection for AI processing.

Accounts

You must create an account to use ScreenSense. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Free Tier

Free accounts include 15 AI actions per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Free accounts use the Haiku AI model only.

Paid Plans

Paid plans (Pro and Power) are available via Lemon Squeezy. Pricing, features, and limits are listed at screensense.co/pricing. Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and handles all billing, refunds, and tax compliance. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.

License Keys

Paid plans include a license key for desktop app activation. Pro keys support up to 3 devices. Power keys support up to 5 devices. Keys are non-transferable.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use ScreenSense to capture or process content you don't have rights to.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application.
• Use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Resell or redistribute access.

Your Content

You own all content visible on your screen and all AI-generated outputs. ScreenSense claims no rights to your content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated text before using it.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated responses are provided as-is. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. Always review AI output before using it in professional or sensitive contexts. ScreenSense is not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

ScreenSense is provided as-is, without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license keys are deactivated and your data is deleted per our privacy policy.

Changes

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
